What are we looking for?
As a Customer Success Coach you manage your own team, where you are responsible for the individual development of the competencies of each team member. You coach your team members to optimize their knowledge and commercial attitude and guide them in identifying sales opportunities during their telephone conversations. You are analytically set and can correctly interpret figures and targets and adjust where necessary.
You are actively committed to the quality of the telephone conversations, and therefore regularly listen in to provide constructive feedback to your team members. You handle all kinds of questions and handle complaints in the right way. You provide training on the products if necessary.
In short, you understand the needs of our customers and translate them into concrete solutions within your team.
- You have a bachelor’s degree or equal this level through experience.
- You speak and write flawless English.
- You master pedagogical techniques and methods to transfer knowledge.
- You master coaching techniques and know how to give constructive feedback.
- You can create a positive and interactive group dynamic, connecting with each member of your team individually.
- You have the necessary commercial skills.
You are a flexible team player with a hands-on and customer-oriented attitude. Efficiently setting goals and priorities is child’s play for you. You do not lose sight of the intended time, actions, targets to be achieved and people. You can think problem-solving and preferably do so “out-of-the-box”.
We are looking for a dynamic colleague who is not afraid to step out of his or her comfort zone from time to time. You can easily adapt to new team members. Experience in providing training, and e-learning in particular, is an added asset.
